Ingredients

    1 sm pkg. sugarless raspberry Jell-O
    1 sm. pkg. sugar/fat free vanilla pudding
    1 sugar free angel food cake
    8 oz. fresh or frozen pitted black cherries
    8 oz. fresh or frozen blackberries
    1 3/4 C. fat free milk

Directions

Mix Jello wwith 3/4 cup boiling water until dissolved. Add 3/4 cup water with ice cubes. Refrigerate until beginning to gel.
Add thawed fruit.
Cut the angel food cake in three layers. Place the top upside down in a clear glass bowl. Fill in the hole and around the edges with parts of the middle layer.
Mix up the vanilla puddling. When thickened, spread half on the cake. Add half the fruit/jello, spreading evenly.
Add another layer in the same order.
Top with Cool Whip to serve.
Serves 12. Approximately 1 Cup servings
