    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, to taste
    Fresh Green Chili Peppers, 3 pepper
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    compounded asafoetida, 0.25 tsp available in Indian grocery stores and is good for the digestive system.
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Ice cubes, 1 cup enough to cool the drink
    Fresh curry leaves 5, optional - good for reducing cholesterol.


This is easy to prepare whether one cup or ten cups. Just blend all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or a Bullet mixer or a blender. Serve immediately. Serves 5 - cup drinks. This is an approximate measure since I used only eye measure scooping out yogurt from a gallon container.

Tip: If you are making more than a cup, add all the ingredients together with only 1 cup of yogurt until its smooth and then, add the rest of the yogurt.
