Ingredients

1 lb raw lean ground turkey
5 C sliced mushrooms
1 onion thinly sliced
1 12oz har heinz homestyle gravy roasted turkey
1 T dry onion soup mix
1 T cornstarch
Directions
Add all ingredients except dry onion soup mix and cornstarch to slow cooker. Mix well and break up ground meat as you mix.
Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours.
Reduce heat to lowest setting. Sprinkle onion soup mix and cornstarch into the slow cookerand stir until dissolved. Allow to sit uncovered for 5 minutes until a little thicker. Then serve.
