Number of Servings: 2

6 slices Land O' Frost Honey Roasted Turkey
    2 eggs
    salt & pepper, to taste
    2t minced chives
1oz shredded cheddar cheese (2 very thin slices off a cheese block)

A serving = 1 egg cup

Heat oven to 350

1. Spray 2 muffin cups with oil (or use custard cups), then place 3 slices of turkey in each. Bake for 5 min, or until hot and browning.

2. Crack an egg into each cup, pierce yolk, salt and pepper to taste, and bake for 8 minutes. Check eggs to see if they are done to your liking (you want them slightly underdone).

3. Sprinkle each egg with half the chives, then half the cheese. Bake for 2-3 more minutes, or place under the broiler for 1 - just to melt and brown the cheese

Number of Servings: 2
