Ingredients

-1/4 c. Rogers Porridge Oats ( with Oat & Wheat Bran & Flax seeds)
    - 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground

Mix the 3 above ingredients together and let sit

1/4 cup Egg Whites - used Natures Egg simply egg whites
1 scoop 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder - I used Chocolate
(if using plain .... then I would add 1 tsp real vanilla)
Whisk these 2 ingredients well, and then add to the oat mixture.

Directions

1 Serving =

1/4 c. Rogers Porridge Oats (any oats would work)
1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
1/4 boiling hot water
Mix the 3 above ingredients together and let sit

Next mix together:
1/4 cup Egg Whites - used Natures Egg simply egg whites
1 scoop 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder - I used Chocolate
(if using plain .... then add 1 tsp real vanilla)
Whisk these 2 ingredients well, and then add to the oat mixture.

Spray small frying pan with Pam and heat on Medium for a minute. Then add the oat/egg mixture. Cook like real pancake for like 3 mins and when starts to bubble then turn over and cook for another 2-3 mins.
Put on your plate - and as noted can serve with fresh fruit

    Very Good
I used steel cut oats. Added 1 tsp of Splenda to the recipe and a pinch of salt. Very good and very filling. I loved it, and I don't like pancakes! - 7/6/13
