    2/3 bag of noodles - cook @ 7 min
    1 onion
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 cups chopped kale
    1.5 cup chopped cabbage
    2 cans drained tuna w/ water
    2/3 can salmon, drained
    1 can cream of celery, diluted w/ broth or water
    1 can roasted garlic & mushroom soup, diluted w/ broth or water
    salt & pepper to taste
    *(I used small amount & it was NOT enough. Everybody had to add more.)


Cook noodles in its own pot.
Saute' veggies in a little bit of butter & broth.

In large bowl, place drained tuna & salmon. Blend in soups & broth or water. Add in noodles & cooked veggies. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Mix all together. Put into oven casserole container. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top (parmesan or asiago).

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 min. Serve w/ additional shredded cheese if desired.
