Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey-organic
    1 large onion-chopped
    taco seasoning-low sodium-1 package
    salsa-1 cup
    dark red kidney beans-1 can rinsed and drained
    1 cup water
    1 cup corn, frozen


Directions

In a large, deep skillet brown turkey, add onions and sautee until transparent. Add taco seasoning, 1 cup water, salsa, kidney beans and corn. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve in tortillas as burrito, as taco filling or over rice. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, avacado, etc. (toppings not included in nutritional info) makes 6 good sized servings
