    3 Chicken Breast, no skin, boneless
    Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cups
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cups
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Boil chicken & cook brown rice as indicated on package using the chicken broth in place of some of the water. Cool chicken and cube. Mix rice & chicken together adding salt & pepper to taste.
