    1 cup water
    2 cups white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 t salt
    1 1/2 T sugar
    2 T olive oil
    2 1/4 t yeast
    approx 1 T yellow corn meal


Put all ingredients (except corn meal) in bread maker.
Run on dough setting.
Takes approx 1.5 hr on mine.
Let sit for 1/2 hr afterward to rise to get the lightest easiest to work with dough.
Makes enough dough for two thin crust pizza's the size of your typical pizza stone.
Preheat oven to 450 with pizza stone in the oven.
Roll 1/2 of dough out onto counter top, liberally sprinkled with corn meal so it won't stick. Sprinke more corn meal on top of dough. This helps to give it a nice crunchy crust.
Lift dough off counter and place lightly on pizza peel.
Top with favorite toppings and cheese.
Sprinkle pizza stone with corn meal while it is in the oven.
Transfer pizza to stone with the pizza peel. bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes, until cheese melts and begins to brown.
Eat and Enjoy.
