    1.25 pounds of round steak
    1 med onion chopped
    1 cup mushrooms
    1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
    4 tablespoons fat free sour cream
    2 cups cooked egg noodles


Cut round steak in strips. Heat a large skillet and add oil. Once skillet and oil are hot add the meat and brown. While the meat is browning, cook egg noodles in water. Add the chopped onion and mushroomsto the meat. Cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Once the meat and veggies are cooked make a sauce by combining the evaporated skim milk and the sour cream in the pan with the meat and veggies. Serve over noodles.
