    2 cups almond meal/flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 cup butter, melted


makes 12 muffins or muffin tops. bake less for muffin tops pan...350 about 10-15 minutes depending on pans.

Mix all dry ingredients well.... mix all wet ingredients well and then add to dry. Place in muffin tins. I used Muffin tops pans.
I added some cinnamon to batter and also sprinkles Splenda on top with about tsp of sliced almonds. You can also blueberries etc but add in those carbs for additions
