Ingredients

    *Publix Lean Ground Beef, 8 oz (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *bell pepper, red sweet edible portions only, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    *Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid), 1 serving (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove

Directions

thinly slice potato and boil for several minutes
saute garlic in pan and add ground beef. Brown ground beef
Add all other ingredients to pan and simmer for several minutes
Move to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
