    2 lbs lean ground beef
    2 32 oz low sodium beef broth
    2 cups water
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes ( I use with basil etc.)
    2 cups diced celery
    1 cup diced onion
    1 large clove of garlic minced
    1/8 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
    1 teaspoon Mr Dash Tomato, Basil and Garlic Seasoning
    1 teaspoon,McCormick just a pinch Italian Seasoning
    1 teaspoon,McCormick just a pinch Mediterranean Herb


Form beef into tiny balls, cook in frypan until no longer pink.
Combine the beef broth, water, celery and onions, plus all the seasonings, bring to a boil. Add soup noodles and cook for 10 mins. Add crushed, diced tomatoes and hamburg.. Stir well and turn off heat. Soup is done!

Makes 12- 2 cup servings.
