    10 oz (half pkg) Jeanie-O ground turkey
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 cans chili beans
    3 cans chili tomatoes
    1t salt
    1T chili powder
    1t cumin
    1t black pepper
    1/8t cayenne pepper


1. Brown turkey. Add peppers and onions and sauté until tender. Add garlic and sauté 2 minutes.

2. Add tomatoes, beans and seasonings and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes, covered.

3. Add seasonings and simmer 10 minutes more. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Makes 12 1C servings.
