Number of Servings: 10


    3 cups white rice (cooked)
    2 cups cooked cubed chicken
    10 oz frozen peas
    6 oz french fried onions
    about 16 oz of Cheez Whiz


Combine rice (while hot) with cheez whiz,mix well. Mix in the peas and half of the french fried onions. Spread mixture into a casserole dish (we've used a round one and we've used a 9x13 pan). Spread remaining french fried onions evenly on the top of the casserole. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until onions on top are golden brown.
