    Ground Turkey - 2 lbs.
    Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
    Egg Whites - 3
    Ketchup - 1/4 cup
    Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tbs.
    Pepper - 1 tbs.
    Salt - 1 tsp.
    Dry Ground Mustard - 1 tsp.
    Dried Parsley - 1 tbs.
    Garlic powder - 1 tbs.
    Barbecue Sauce - 1/2 cup
    Bacon - 8 slices

    Potatoes - 5 small
    Light Olive Oil - 2 tbs.
    Salt - 1 tsp.
    Pepper - 1 tbs.
    Dried Parsley - 1 tbs.



Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg whites, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and spices in a bowl until just combined. Form into a loaf in a baking dish. Spread barbecue sauce on top of loaf. Place strips of bacon on top of barbecue sauce. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for an hour and fifteen minutes or until cooked.

Roasted Potatoes:

Cut potatoes into edible chunks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley until coated. Place in a baking dish and bake alongside the meatloaf.
