    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, 2%, .75 cup
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 9 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Mix eggs and flour. Mix in milk. add salt, splenda, and cinnamon. Mix well. Fry pancakes until golden brown on each side. Cooking spray works well. More or less milk may be added depending on desired thickness of batter. The thicker the batter, the thicker the pancake.
Makes 16 servings.
