Introduction

Ingredients

    - Uncle Ben's Long Grain White Rice (Fat Free) - 0.5 cup uncooked.

    - Mixed vegetables, frozen, 200 grams

    - Vegetable Broth, 1.5 cups


Directions

Heat the vegetable broth, then turn the heat down and add the rice to it. Five minutes later add the mixed vegetables and let it cook until all the water is gone.
