    1 lb Stew Beef
    1 Lg Yellow Onioin, sliced thin
    0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 tbsp Paprika
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    5 tsp Sugar
    2 tbsp Corn Starch
    2 tsp Beef OXO
    1 tsp Salt
    12 cups water


put 2 tsp olive oil in a stew pot. Add stew beef and sliced onions, cook covered until meet is brown and cooked through. Add water, beef oxo, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper and bring to a boil. Let simmer for one hour. Before serving, in separate container mix together 2 tbsp corn starch and 1/2 cup cold water, mix until lump free, pore into soup and stir constantly until thickened. Add sugar and stir. Serve over pasta (calories not included in the recipe) If you want this recipe hotter salting lightly will bring out the heat. You can also add more cayenne if you want it hotter.
