Ingredients

    1 can cannellini beans
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    2 scallions
    3 ounces feta cheese
    English cucumber
    2 large or 3 small tomatoes
    juice of a whole lemon
    like amount of olive oil...or to your taste preference
    oregano, ground
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cut up all your veggies in a bowl
add beans and feta cheese

For the dressing, squeeze the juice of a lemon
add olive oil, salt, pepper

Poor over veggies and beans
oregano crushed over the salad

Enjoy!
