Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (white, yukon or russet)
2 tsp extra light olive oil
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Marjoram
.5 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
.5 chili powder
.5 garlic powder
.5 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Wash and dry potatoes. Cut the ends off. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and into 1/4 inch fries. Put into a bowl.
2. Mix rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in a small bowl.
3. Pour olive oil over the fries and shake to coat. Add half the seasoning mixture and toss. Add the remaining seasoning and toss again.
4. Place fries on lightly greased (cooking spray) baking sheet.
5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until tender crisp. Flip fries halfway through cooking time.
Serve with Garlic Aioli. (recipe to follow)
