Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8 frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 of a large banana
    1/2 cup of fat free milk
    1 scoop of Vanilla Cream Pure Protein Powder (you can substitute with your own protein powder)
    Ice (optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana, milk, and protein powder. Top with ice (optional). Blend for 1 minute on high. Enjoy!

This is great for after a workout or as a meal replacement.

    This has always been my favourite smoothie recipe, although I substitute almond or rice milk for the dairy, and if fresh strawberries aren't available I use a frozen 4-berry mix. - 4/12/16
