1/2 of a large banana
1/2 cup of fat free milk
1 scoop of Vanilla Cream Pure Protein Powder (you can substitute with your own protein powder)
Ice (optional)
Directions
In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana, milk, and protein powder. Top with ice (optional). Blend for 1 minute on high. Enjoy!
