Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry white rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbls. Chili Powder
    2 Tsp Ground Cumin
    1/2 Tsp. each Garlic Powder, dried Oregano leaves, and ground Coriander
    1 Lb. ground Pork

Directions

Stir all ingredients (except pork) together in a large bowl. Add pork, mix until combines, then shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Chill until ready to use.
