Ingredients

    Boil chicken breast til done. Cut up into small cubes, mix sour cream, mushrooms, cream of mushroom sourp and cream of chicken soup. Place chicken in bottom of large cassarole dish, pour mixture over chicken. Crumble up 1 sleeve of ritz crackers over top of mixture, drizzle margarine on top of crackers. Bake at 375 for about 30 to 40 min. until done.
