    3 1/2 c quick oats
    1/2 c creamy peanut butter
    1 c granulated sugar
    1/2 c whole milk
    1/2 c cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 stick salted butter


In a bowl cut together the oatmeal and peanut butter until the mixture is homogeneous. At the same time, melt together the remaining ingredients in a double boiler. Bring to a slow steady boil and let boil for two minutes. Take mixture off of the heat and mix in the oatmeal/peanut butter mixture.

Spoon onto waxed paper in teaspoon sized dollops. Allow to cool until hardened.

Makes 4 dozen.
