Very hot egg wrap, just enough for a 15 minute break in the work day. Very hot egg wrap, just enough for a 15 minute break in the work day.

    10 Ancient Grains Tortillas, Dempsters
    6 medium sized eggs
    4 Garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Curry powder
    1/4 tsp Parsley, dried
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Hot Red Pepper Flakes
    1/4 cup Milk, nonfat
    1/2 cup Jalapeno Peppers
    1 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
    1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
    1 Tbsp Chilpotle Sauce, Salsa, San Marcos
    3/4 cup Salsa
    8 Tbsp Black Olives
    10 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated


Mix everything together except the tortillas and the Parmesan Cheese. Put a bit of olive oil in the pan to coat. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until it begins to dry.

Spread 1 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese over wrap to absorb any leftover moisture. Put 1/10th of the mix on top and roll on side into middle, bottom side up and other side into middle.

Hold together with a half size of paper towel. Each one can be frozen in a convenient sandwich bag.
