    Egg, fresh, 1.5 eggs
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 tbsp
    Mushrooms, canned, .2 cup
    Fat free half and half, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .2 cup, chopped
    Bacon grease, 3 tsp


dice onions and peppers and saute in small skillet until onions are clear.
wisk eggs in a bowl with half and half and a little cream of tartar.
spray a round griddle with Pam.
pour eggs onto hot griddle
evenly sprinkle onions, green peppers and cheddar cheese on eggs
cook over low heat until egg has almost set
add canned mushrooms
fold half of omelette over
