    4 Vidalia Onions
    4 Beef bouillon cubes
    4 tsp butter


1. Peel and core vidalia onions.
2. In the center of each onion place one bouillon cube and 1 tsp butter
3. Wrap each onion in tin foil
4. Place on top grill level and cook until onion gives when you squeeze it, approximately one hour. Alternatively you can cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour.
