    5 cups cooked Catelli Smart Rotini
    2 cans chunk tuna (3 oz. each) drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 shallot, chopped fine
    0.25 cup parmesan cheese
    0.75 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    0.5 tablespoon garlic plus seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste


Cook pasta according to directions
In frying pan, soften mushrooms, chopped shallot, and celery
Add garlic plus and salt and pepper
Put pasta and vegetables in a bowl, add tuna, mushroom soup and parmesan cheese, mix well
Transfer to a casserole dish
Bake at 350 degrees celsius for 30 minutes
Add shredded cheese, bake uncovered for an additional 5 to ten minutes until cheese melted and bubbling
