    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 chicken breast
    Place in heavy skillet and brown chicken a few minutes.

    3 c grated carrots
    1 1/2 c chopped onions
    Add seasonings: salt, pepper and curry

    Pour 1 c water on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    200 g white rice (about 4/5 cup)
    Press 3 garlic cloves (more if desired) into rice.

    Add another cup of water cover kettle, on low heat, cook about 6o minutes or until rice is done.
