Easy chowder with Salmon

Number of Servings: 6


    * Pink Salmon (fish), 250 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 0.50 cup, diced (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 0.10 cup (remove)
    * Vegetable Broth, 3 cup (remove)
    * Bacon, 1.5 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.75 cup, whipped (remove)


Chop up vegetables and salmon. Heat up 1 tbsp butter, saute onion and bacon, add carrots, celery and potatoes. Stir around, Add 1 tbsp flour, add fish broth, cook for 15 min. Add salmon and heavy cream, salt, black pepper and theme. Keet cooking 15 min.
