Ingredients

    .75 C. almond meal
    1/3 C. oats, rolled (raw)
    1/4 C flax
    1/4 C vanilla protein powder
    1/2 cup chopped apple
    1 large egg (I used Egg Beaters)
    1/2 T. cinnamon
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/2 cup Splenda (I used Truvia equivalent)
    1/4C raisins
    3 T butter

Directions

- Blend wet ingredients and sugar
- Add dry ingredients, blend.
- Press into greased 11x7 pan (If you double it you can use 9x13)
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees
- Makes 15 squares
