    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Turnips, 3 cup, cubes (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    * Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Basil, .33 tbsp (remove)
    * Bulgur, dry, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Turnip Greens, 170 grams (remove)


Saute onion, carrot and turnip until soft and starting to brown. Add everything else except the greens and simmer until bulgur is tender (about 15 min.). Stir in greens and serve warm.
