    2 cups all purpose flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1 cup applesauce
    1 cup blueberries


Spray muffin pans with canola non-stick spray. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries and spoon into 12 muffin cups. Bake 20-22 minutes on 375. Remove from muffin pans and cool.
