    Spicy Turkey and Rice

    1.25 lb Ground Turkey Breast
    115 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain, uncooked
    1 16 oz jar Salsa
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    2 cup Water
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    6 cloves garlic, chopped


Brown turkey, garlic and onion, drain.

Add chili powder

Add tomato sauce, salsa, rice and water.

Cook until rice is done and liquid absorbed, about 45 minutes.

Add tabasco and/or cayenne pepper as desired for more heat.

Makes 4 HUGE servings
