    *great value 100% liquid egg whites (3 tbsp / 46 g), 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Bagette, .5 oz ( 5 1/3-1/2 inch slices) (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tsp (remove)


This recipe is for one, or coulb be shared if made slightly bigger, like another tbsp egg white and six bagettes, but might be hard to flip. Cut asparagus diagonally about 1 inch long and add to a nonstick pan on med. heat with a lid. give a stir after a min. butter five bagettes and add to skillet leaving the asparagus in the middle. cook another min and flip the individual bagettes, maintain the circle around the asparagus . Cook about another minute and add egg whites, cook til firm . With a large spatula flip the whole thing to brown the other side and slide it onto your plate. With 1% milk, a great start to a great day, enjoy :-)
