    1 lb 85% lean ground beef
    1/2 C chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 piece Mrs. Baird's 100% whole wheat bread (60 cals/2 g fiber), torn into small pieces
    1 jar (26oz) traditional spaghetti sauce


Combine ground beef, onion, garlic and bread pieces with a fork and mix until combined. Using hand form small (3/4") balls. Spray saute pan with non-stick cooking spray. Over medium high heat, saute meatballs until brown on all sides. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook additional 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Makes 8 1/2 C servings
