    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 2 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    White Wine, 8 fl oz (remove)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    *bechamel white souce, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled (remove)
    Egg Yolk, 2 large (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *catelli elbow macaroni - dry (85 g), 3 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)


cook ground beef and onions, add salt and pepper to taste. Add wine, stir, add tomato paste, tomato's and parsley, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. cool and stir in 2 egg whites.

Cook 1 lb of macaroni, drain and put aside

either make homemade bechamel sauce or use premade, I made my own but can't remember the exact recipe. sorry. Add 1/8 tsp of nutmeg to bechamel sauce.

pour 1/2 of the macaroni in a large lasagna baking pan, layer 1/2 of meat sauce onto the macaroni, then 1/2 cup of feta and 1/4 cup of parmesan. repeat with 2nd half of all ingredients. Pour bechamel sauce over the top and bake for 40-50 minutes at 375
