Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb lean pork center chops
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion sliced
    1 cup bread crumbs
    2 tblsp parmesan cheese
    cooking spray


Directions

preheat to 400 degrees

line a cookie sheet with alumunum foil and spray with cooking spray

rinse pork chops off and dip in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet bake til golden brown 35-40 min

in meantime saute onions and mushrooms in skilled sprayed with cooking spray until carmelized toss with parmesan cheese

remove pork chops divide onion mixture on top of each chop and serve

    This was very delicious. The next time I cook it, I will turn the heat down to 375 or bake about 5 to 10 minutes less. - 11/18/11
