Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1.5 tablespoons of chili powder
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 cans (16 oz each) low sodium diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
    1/2 cup prepared salsa


Directions

Heat a large skillet and cook turkey and onion until turkey is browned and onion is tender. Drain any fat. Place the meat, chili powder, cumin, toms, beans and salsa in slow cooker; stir. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours or until flavors are blended and chili is bubbly.

Season with salt, pepper and cheese to taste.
