    1 10 oz. frozen broccoli
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup ww bread crumbs
    14 oz. cooked halibut
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    Vegetable Cooking spray
    Swiss cheese sauce


Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well and set aside.

Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl, beat well. Stir in breadcrumbs; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in broccili, tuna, onion, cheese and lemon juice, mixing well; pack into an 8.5" x 3" loafpan covered with cooking spray.

Bake loaf at 350 for 1 hour. let stand 5 minutes. Unmold onto serving platter and cut into 1" slices; serve with Swiss cheese sauce. Yield: 8 Servings.
