Introduction

I took three different recipes and built my own. Serving is one meatball. I make several batches at a time and freeze them for a quick meal. I took three different recipes and built my own. Serving is one meatball. I make several batches at a time and freeze them for a quick meal.
Number of Servings: 56

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef (I use 96% lean)
    1 cup bread crumbs
    2-3 eggs (nutrition shows three eggs)
    1T oregano
    2T basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions

Take all ingredients and dump together in a bowl. You will have to get your hands dirty to blend the flavors. Squish between your fingers for several minutes. Roll in to one inch balls and place on baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes OR you can "fry" them on the stove with a teaspoon of olive oil as well...baking is much easier.
