    0.50 1tsp Sesame Oil
    0.75 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    2 serving Mandarin Sauce - Panda Express (1.5 oz)
    1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    4 serving zuccini
    12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.5 oz Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt)
    0.75 cup, diced Celery, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw


Prepare Minute Rice according to package directions. Slice / chop zuccini, carrots, onions & celery. Heat oil in the skillet, Brown chicken in oil, remove chicken from hot pan. Stir fry veggies with 4 tablespoons of water until cooked. Add chicken, peanuts and Kung Poa sauce. Mix until everything is coated with Kung Poa Sauce. Serve hot, over rice.
