    Asparagus, fresh, 9 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    Broccoli, fresh, 5 spear (about 5" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Season to taste


Preheat oven for 400 degrees. Mix all together in a baking dish. Roast for 20 min.
