Number of Servings: 9


    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 0.3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Potato 1
    *shitake mushrooms, dried, sliced, manitou 1/2 cup serving, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt, dry herbs by the taste.
    Cilantro, Lime (optional)


In a Dutch pan fry onion, 3-4 min. Add carrots, fry 2 min more. Add the rest of the vegitables, cover with water, add spices and cook 15 min or until done.
Serve with cilantro and lemon or lime squized in.
