Ingredients

    6lbs - Pork Ribs *
    3/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
    1 Cup - Water
    6 Cup - Barbecue Sauce
    1 Cup - Garlic

Directions

This is a two day prep meal so bear that in mind before attempting.
Day One: Take pork ribs, place them in a deep pan, cover with 1 cup of water and 3/4 brown sugar and bake them at 350 degrees for 2.5 hours uncovered.
Day Two: Place baked ribs, barbecue sauce and garlic in crock pot and bake on low for 5 hours.
Let cool and serve.
* = You can use beef, chicken or turkey instead, just adjust cook time accordingly.
