    1 1/2 lb small cut beef stew meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 red pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cans chili ready tomatoes
    2 cans chili beans
    4 tbs ketchup
    2 tbs chili powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tbs soy sauce


In a large saute pan brown the stew meat with the onions, red peppers, and garlic.
Once browned and the veggies are tender add the other ingredients.
Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
