    6 can tuna in water
    1 cup + 1tsp canola mayonaise
    Juice from 2 lemons
    3/4 cup finely chopped red or yellow onion
    3 TB Xylitol
    3/8 c dried cranberries
    kosher salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste


Mix all ingredients, except tuna

Drain tuna, mix in gently

*Makes a great lunch with Rye Crispbread!
