Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small onion, sliced
    6 slices fully cooked bacon slices
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 c heavy cream
    1/2 c chicken broth
    1/2 package schwan's pasta shells stuffed with cheese, frozen
    1 c shredded fresh spinach
    1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Saute the onions and bacon together in butter for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add cream and chicken broth and stuffed shells. Cover and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove cover and stir in spinach. Reduce to low and simmer 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens. Top with parmesan and pepper.
