Number of Servings: 6


    1 - 19oz Can Progresso Vegetable Classics Lentil Soup 99% Fat Free
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    5 Cloves of Garlic - Crushed
    1 Medium Yellow Onion
    I cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
    1/2 cup Grated Carrots
    1/3 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


Prepare pasta as directed on the box.

Place olive oil in a medium saucepan. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add the lentil soup, carrots and spinach and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while waiting for the pasta too cook.

Mix the lentil mixture and the pasta. Toss parmesan cheese into the mixture and serve.

This is great without the spinach and carrots if you need an even quicker dinner. This is also good with mushrooms added. Makes 6 servings.

Kids even love this one!
